Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi held talks with the Crown Prince of Jordan Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II over means of strengthening the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, and developing joint cooperation.

In a meeting they convened on the sidelines of the Climate Summit (COP29) held in the Azerbaijani capital, the two officials reviewed developments in the situation in Yemen, the current events in the Red Sea, and the continued Houthi intransigence in the face of all efforts meant to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, and alleviate the humanitarian suffering which they triggered in Yemen.
