The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the attack on the headquarters of the head of the Emirati diplomatic mission in the Republic of Sudan, which resulted in severe damage to the diplomatic building which enjoys protection enshrined under the international law.

In a statement of which the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) received a copy, the ministry highlighted the importance of protecting diplomatic buildings, and the headquarters of embassy staff covered by legal immunity, and national and international norms and conventions. It emphasized the Yemeni government's commitment to the Arab stance concerning the importance of preserving Sudan's sovereignty, security, stability and integrity.
