Lahj Governor, Kuwaiti delegation inspect Ibn Khaldoon Hospital's needs

Governor of Lahj Major General Ahmad Turki inspected Monday, along with a delegation from the state of Kuwait, situations of Ibn Khaldoon Public Hospital in Houtah City and Dialysis Center in the Hospital and their imminent medical needs and equipment.

Governor Turki listened from the Kuwaiti delegation, which included General Director of Elaf Charity in the State of Kuwait Dr. Saud Al- Hageri and Director of Kuwaiti former state Channal Ethra'a and Yemen's Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Ali Mansour bin Sefa'a, to detailed explanation on the situation of the hospital and patients.

Importance of providing emergency humanitarian assistance to health sector was discussed.

Governor Turki praised humanitarian efforts of the State of Kuwait, making it clear that Lahj governorate is looking forward to more developmental and relief projects in all service sectors.

He highlighted Kuwaiti Elaf Charity's response to providing necessary medical requirements to the hospital and possible support to the dialysis center in the hospital to promote health services to citizens.
