Yemen participated in a workshop on the impact of the current economic conditions on child labor in Arab countries organized by the Arab Labor Organization in the Egyptian capital, Cairo today.
Yemen's participating delegation was led by the country's Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Muhammad Al-Shaeri.
Al-Shairi addressed the workshop and pointed to the impact of the difficult economic conditions that our country is going through as a result of the pointless war that has been waged by the terrorist Houthi militia for the tenth year, which war has caused thousands of children to be deprived of regular education, and the militia using them as human shields in their war tactics.
