Minister of Finance, Governor of the Central Bank Discuss Comprehensive Reform Implementation with Arab Monetary Fund

Minister of Finance Marwan Faraj Bin Ghanem and Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen Ahmed al-Maabqi discussed Thursday with Dr. Fahad Al-Turki, Director General and Chairman of the Board of the Arab Monetary Fund implementation of the comprehensive reform program in the economic, financial and monetary sectors.

The Republic of Yemen has participated in the meeting of Arab Experts Team entrusted with making an executive plan for Arab Human Rights Strategy is being held from 8-10 of this July at the headquarter of Arab League General Assembly in Cairo.

Deput Minister of Human Rights for Partnership and International Cooperation Sector Nabil Abdulhafeedh headed Yemen's delegation in the meeting.

The meeting aimed at preparing the executive plan for Arab Human Rights Strategic and Executive Plan to be presented to the Permanent Arab Committee for Human Rights in its 55 Round to be held in on February, 2025.

The meeting is also a preparation for referring the strategic plan to the Arab League Council on ministerial level for approving it.
