Real Madrid won their fifteenth Champions League title, beating Borussia Dortmund with two clean goals in the match that brought them together at Wembley Stadium in London.

The first goal was scored by Dani Carvajal from a header in the 74th minute and Brazilian Vinicius Junior in the 83rd minute.

The title is the sixth in Real Madrid's last 11 seasons and thus extends their record with the most titles in the most prestigious continental competition.

Real Madrid have only beaten twice in their 55 games this season in all competitions, winning the La Liga and Champions League double for the fifth time in their history.

Real Madrid finished the continental competition without losing for the first time in their history, with 9 wins to 4 draws.
