The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Maj. General Sultan al-Arada urged enhancing electricity services, raising public awareness about rationalizing consumption of power.

His remark came as he chaired a meeting today, Monday, intended to address topics relating to the electricity services in the governorate.

The member of the PLC suggested a wide-range raising awareness campaign about the importance of rationalizing the electricity services.

" Rationalizing electricity consumption must be everybody's business, government's officials, community leaders, sheikhs, media men and women, mosques' speakers all must contribute toward raising awareness about the importance of rationalizing power consumption", said al-Arada.
