The Yemeni Ambassador to Spain Aws al-Awd held talks with the Director General of Foreign Affairs and Security Policy at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alberto Ucelay over Yemen's latest developments.

Al-Awd conveyed welcomed on Yemen's behalf Spain's decision to recognize the State of Palestine.

He gave the Spanish official an account on the situation in Yemen and the government’s keenness to choose peace to end the suffering of the people, emphasizing the government’s support for regional and international efforts to broker just peace for the country.
