Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohsen al-Daeri convened a meeting of the headship of the High Military and Security Committee today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital Aden.
The Chair of the Committee Maj. General Haitham Taher provided a report about the achievements have been realized over the previous period in terms of drawing the action-plans to organize and the armed and security forces.
General al-Daeri praised the significant efforts have been made by the committee, appreciating the remarkable progress has been achieved so far.
The Minister of Defense urged doubling down efforts and accelerating the implementation of the recommendations of the Military Committee in order to upgrade the armed forces and bring the troops up to standards.
