Yemen's Ambassador to Moscow Dr. Ahmed al-Wuhayshi and Russia's Presidential Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov held discussions here today on the latest developments in Yemen and on promoting the bilateral Russo-Yemen relations.
The two officials discussed mechanisms for converting the discussions held by Yemen's Prime Minister with the Russian government into executive plans that yield in strengthening the friendly relations.
Al-Wyhyashi referred to the Yemeni government’s struggle confront the Houthi military escalations as the terrorist Houthi group persists in attacking civilians and bombing civilians in the sanctity of their homes as happened recently in Al-Bayda Governorate in central Yemen.
