Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohsen al-Daeri met today, Sunday, in the transitional capital Aden with the Libyan Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Edris Abu Bakr.

Abu Bakr handed over a an invitation from the Libyan Ministry of Defense to Minister al-Daeri to attend a conference on the national defense in Libya.

General al-Daeri accepted the invitation with alacrity, highly praising Yemeni-Libyan historic and robust relationship.

The Libyan Ambassador renewed his country's support for Yemen and its official leadership.
