Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak has said there are many domains to strengthen Russo-Yemen relations including in the economic sector.

Addressing a press conference co-held with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow today, bin Mubarak said it had been agreed to that different ministries in both countries arrange visits of technical teams and consider a number of projects in the field of oil, electricity, mineral resources.

The premier said his talks with the Russian foreign minister covered political topics and mutual standpoints regarding a number of issues, especially the issue of peace in Yemen and the terrorist Houthi attacks against navigation and commercial ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, and the situation in Palestine.
