Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Sultan al-Arada reiterated the political leadership’s resolve to upgrade the armed forces and security forces', given their status as the guarantors of state restoration institutions and peace.
Al-Arada made the remarks in a meeting with the Deputy Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Salem, the Inspector General of the Armed Forces, Maj. Gen. Adel al-Qumayri, the Head of the General Intelligence Authority, Maj. Gen. Ahmed al-Yafi'ee, and a number of Defense Ministry and army officials
Military officials briefed al-Arada on the combatants' readiness, and level of training and military development plans.
