The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. MASAM removes 727 Houthis-laid landmines in 3rd week of February

KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen known as "MASAM" managed to pull out 727 of landmines and unexploded ordnances (UXO in the 3rd week of this month that planted randomly by Iran-allied terrorist Houthi militias in the governorates of Marib, Shabwa, Taiz and Hoeidah.

MASAM reported that its demining technical team removed 6 anti-personnel and 134 anti-tanks landmines and 587 UXO.

This brings total number of the landmines and UXO removed by MASAM up to 433 thousand and 333 since it has started its demining mission in 2018.
