ADEN - SABA

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Maj. Gen. Faraj al-Bahsani held a virtual conversation with Turkey's ambassador to Yemen, Mustafa Polat beginning with the brotherly bilateral relations, and Yemen's latest developments.

Al-Bahsani said the presidential council welcomes all overtures meant to mediate a just and lasting peace, the last of which came from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman and under UN's aegis.

Al-Bahdani referred to the terrorist Houthi militia's aversion of peace and obstinacy in the face of these peace proposals and called for international pressures to force the Houthi militias to sue for peace and called for deterrent measures against their piracy acts that destabilizes international shipping and global peace.
