Prime Minister inspects situation of electricity in Aden, liberated provinces

Prime Minister Ahmad BinMubarak has been briefed by Minister of Electricity and Energy Mane'a bin Yameen on the situation of power network in the transitional capital of Aden and liberated provinces, challenges facing it and suggested solutions.

Prime Minister pointed out that solution of power problem is one of the government's priorities, which get full support from the Presidential Leadership Council led by President al-Alimi.

The meeting confirmed government's responsibility towards suffering of citizens over electricity blackouts as this vital sector is linked to citizen's daily life. He pointed out to determination in achieving success in power challenge and realizing remarkable results of alleviating suffering of citizens.

The meeting discussed the two tracks of emergency solutions and strategic plans in power sector within a method to achieve competence in electricity's generating and distribution.
