Oil prices rose today, Thursday, ending a three-day losing streak, recovering from their lowest levels in 16 weeks, but expectations of increased supply from "OPEC+" next month limited the gains.

ADEN - SABA
Yemen's Minister of Information Muammar Al-Eryani said the terrorist Houthi militia's physical elimination of healthcare worker Mansour Al-Shabooti in Sana'a is a heinous crime that adds to the militia's criminal record.
The terrorist militia kidnapped Al-Shabooti, a doctor in Al-Mutawakkil Hospital in the hijacked city of Sana'a, and subjected him to two weeks of constant torture. Al-Shabooti was released in a very critical health condition only to die days after his release.
Al-Shabooti is one of many Yemeni doctors, experts and activists who have died shortly after release from Houthi-run jails.
