Al-Eryani, al-Theqali visit projects implemented by Khalifa Foundation in Socotra

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muamar al-Eryani accompanied by Commander of 808 Duty Force for Backing and Support General Muneef al-Mutairi inspected Wednesday Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital and ADNOC Power Plant in Hadidbou, the capital of Socotra Archipelago.

Al-Eryani and al-Theqali toured the different sections of the hospital and listened from its directors on detailed review on the medical services provided by the hospital to patients in the province.

Al-Eryani expressed admiration of the medical and health services provided by the hospital, which has been constructed and financed by Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation in the UAE.

Al-Eryani, al-Theqali and al-Mutairi visited also ADNOC Power Plant in Hadibu. The plant was constructed by Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation with generating capacity of 9 MW, in addition to 3 MW to be generated by solar energy system with lower consuming prices.

Al-Eyryani thanked Khalifa Foundation and brothers in the UAE for their support to Socotra Province in different domains.
