Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nezar BaSoheib discussed today, Thursday, in the transitional capital Aden with the Director of the Office of the World Food Program (WFP) in Aden Mark Gordon several topics correlated to the program’s interventions through cash and food projects.

Dr. BaSoheib also met separately today with with the new Country Director of Samaritan's Purse in Yemen Peter Kinuthia.

They conferred over the organization's projects and interventions in the fields of health, water, environmental sanitation and livelihoods.

It is important to note that Samaritan's Purse carried out this year projects in the two governorates of Aden and Taiz worth 3 million and 373 thousand US dollars.
