Yemen participated in the sixth session of the China-Arab Radio and Television Cooperation Forum, which kicked off in the Chinese city of Hangzhou with a delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Information Hussein Baslim.

In a speech at the forum, in which delegations from all Arab countries participated, Baslim stressed the importance that holding the forum since 2011 has gained in providing platforms for media and cultural exchange with the aim of enhancing mutual understanding and strengthening the ties between the Arab and Chinese cultures.

He pointed out that Arab-Chinese media cooperation shows the transformations in media and digital technology, as it focuses on using modern media and communications and information technology to enhance communication and expand the scope of interaction between the peoples of the world.
