President al-Alimi: Militias Started This War, But Armed Forces Will End It in Way Meets Aspirations of Yemeni People
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) said that "The Houthi terrorist militias are the ones who started this war and opted to the escalation as their path, but our armed forces, with the will of our people and the support of our brothers, are the ones who will end it in a way that fulfills the Yemenis' aspirations to restore their state, security, freedom, and dignity".

Yemen welcomes ceasefire agreement in Gaza Strip

The Republic of Yemen has welcomed the announcement of reaching a humanitarian ceasefire agreement in Gaza Strip.
In a release to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, the ministry praised efforts of Qatar, Egypt and the United States for reaching an agreement, which will lead to permanent stop of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and entering humanitarian assistances to the strip.
The ministry called for continuous efforts to ensure permanent ceasefire and entering assistances safely and continuously to Gaza Strip, as well as ending suffering of the Palestinian people and realizing their legitimate aspirations of establishing their independent state.
