Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohssen Ada'ari met today, Thursday, in the interim capital Aden with the newly appointed French Ambassador to Yemen Katherine Corm Kammoun and the French Cultural Attaché Junaid Ghoda.
Aspects of bilateral Yemeni-French relations and cooperation was key focus of the conversations.
The latest developments in the Yemeni national scene amid the terrorist Houthi militias' continuous violations and attacks on government's troops' positions, IDP camps and civilians were also touched upon.
General Ada'ari blamed the Iranian regime for continuing to smuggle weapons to the Houthi militias to enable it to disturb the region's security, threaten the international navigation lines.
The French Ambassador confirmed France's support for the Yemeni government, promising to do her best to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in different fields.
