Minister of Local Administration Hussein al-Aghbari discussed Monday with new Deputy Representative of the UNDP Nadia al-Awamelah coordination process for implementing developmental projects and programs to qualify local authorities and their administrative units across Yemen.

Minister al-Aghbari confirmed keenness of the government on cooperation and coordination with UN organizations and working on finalizing their projects and programs, especially under the exceptional conditions in Yemen, praising the significant role of the UNDP towards Yemen and exerted efforts to implement developmental programs and projects.

For her part, the UNDP official praised the significant role of the Ministry of the Local Administration in coordination and cooperation to implementing the program's projects and programs.
