Government agrees on Yemen's membership in International Solar Alliance

The government agreed in the meeting of the Council of the Ministers on Yemen's membership in the International Solar Alliance on the bases of the memo presented by the Ministry of Electricity and Energy.
The council authorized Minister of Legal Affairs to coordinate with Minister of Electricity and Energy to finalize legal procedures needed for issuing republican decree on the approval.
The council directed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to notify the alliance on approving the membership.
The council discussed a report regarding general revenues for the first half of the fiscal year presented by Minister of Local Administration. The report showed that the general revenues collected in the first half of this year reached YR 2.478 billion.
The report included measures taken by the ministry against the bodies, which rejected and delayed providing the general revenues.
The council listened to a report by Minister of Defense on latest developments in different warfronts on the lights of Houthi militia's military escalation and plans of the armed forces to deal with them.
