The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affaires has strongly condemned storming al-Aqsa Mosque by a number of extremists with protection from the Israeli occupation's troops.
The attack is a new escalation and a blatant challenge to millions of Muslims across the world.
The ministry called upon the international community to abandon silence and work on banning repetition of such attacks and violations against Islamic divines.
The ministry renewed firm position supporting aspirations of the Palestinian people in establishing their independent state with East Quds as its capital.
