Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi issued Tuesday the Decision No. (156) of 2023 appointing Colonel Judge Mahdi Ali Mohammed Fussai' as General Lawyer for the Military Prosecution and a Director for the Military Judiciary Department in the Armed Forces.
The decision stipulates that Judge Fussai' shall be promoted to the rank of general.
The second article of this Decision stipulates that this decision shall be valid since the date of its issuance and must be published in the State Gazette.
