Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak, held a discussion session with the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Muhammad Al-Budaiwi.
They discussed the relations between Yemen and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the frameworks for strengthening and developing them in various fields, and taking them to broader and more comprehensive horizons in a way that reflects the strength of the relations between the two sides.
The meeting touched on the latest developments in the political and economic situation in Yemen, the position of the Yemeni government towards extending the truce and resuming the peace process, and the international and regional efforts exerted to stop the war despite the intransigence of the terrorist Houthi militias and their insistence on continuing the war and their violations against the Yemeni people.
