Arman discusses with Swiss agency situations of human rights in Yemen

Minister of Legal Affairs and Human Rights Ahmad Arman discussed Monday with Director of Development and Cooperation Department in Swiss Agency for Development Patricia Danzi situations of human rights in Yemen and Houthi terrorist militia's violations against citizens.

Arman reviewed government's position towards ending war and realizing peace in Yemen, confirming keenness of the government on realizing peace on the bases of the three basic references; the GCC Initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and Security Council's Resolution 22016.

He confirmed that peace is the demand of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government but Houthi terrorist militia rejects this and creates obstacles before UN and regional efforts.

For her part, Danzi confirmed support of the Swiss agency for Yemen, pointing out to the agency's follow up latest developments in Yemen.
