The Supreme Judicial Council SJC approved, in its periodic meeting, today, in the interim capital, Aden, headed by the Council’s President, Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, the formation of an accountability council headed by Judge Haydan Jomaan, and the membership of the two judges, Saleh Abu Bakr Mohsen Al-Zubaidi and Fawzi Ali Saif.
The council also approved the appointment of two judges, Mahdi Ali Muhammad Fasaie, as attorney general for the military prosecution, and Dr. Nasser Ali Salih al-Subaihi, head of the Prisons Division at the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
