Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent Tuesday congratulation cable to President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the Victory Day in his country.

President al-Alimi expressed his best wishes on his own behalf and on behalf of members of the Presidential Leadership Council to President Putin, hoping him continuous health and happiness and more progress and prosperity to Russian people.

He also hoped more improvement to the mutual relations between the two friendly countries in different fields.
