His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, received today, Thursday, the Emirati Ambassador to Yemen, Muhammad Al-Zaabi, who handed His Excellency an invitation from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, President of the United Arab Emirates, to attend the "Global Climate Action Summit" and the climate conference that will be hosted by Dubai Expo City, next November, in its twenty-eighth session.
Ambassador Al Zaabi also conveyed to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council the greetings of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, and his congratulations on the occasion of the month of Ramadan, and his wishes for him and the members of the Council of good health and wellness, and for the Yemeni people stability, peace and development.
In the meeting, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council renewed his congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, and his fellow rulers, on the occasion of the holy month, and the recent emiri appointments in the leadership of the country.
The meeting touched on the distinguished bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, developments in the local situation, and regional and international efforts aimed at reviving the course of the political process in Yemen.
