Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi received Thursday French Ambassador to Yemen Jean-Marie Safa, who informed him on his internal and exterior communications on Yemeni file and chances of realizing peace and stability in the country.
The meeting touched upon regional and international efforts to pressure Houthi Terrorist Militia on positive interaction with efforts for reviving the political process and alleviating suffering of Yemeni people.
President al-Alimi reaffirmed the Presidential Council's approach of maintaining inclusive and just peace on the bases of the internationally-agreed upon references led by Security Council Resolution's 2216.
He praised French position towards Yemeni issue.
