National Committee for Investigation Alleged Violations of Human Rights (NCIAVHR) held discussions today, Wednesday, here in the temporary capital Aden with the Political Attaché of British Embassy in Yemen.
The conversations focused on the NCIAVHR's actions and visions about the needed mechanisms to enable the Committee doing its work sufficiently and effectively.
The Deputy Chair of the Committee Judge Hussein al-Mashdali detailed the British Political Attaché on the Committee's actions to document and investigate violations of human rights.
He also cited the Committee's ongoing efforts to follow the notion of establishing specialized court and prosecution in the violations of human rights.
The British officials underscored the importance role of the NCIAVHR, urging the Committee to go on doing its mission, voicing Britain's support for its efforts.
