The Council of Ministers held its session today, Saturday, presided over by Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik and taken several decisions about the developments in the country.

The Cabinet has approved the draft bill about the final accounts about the state's general budget of 2019 and 2020 and authorized the Ministers of Finance and Legal Affairs to follow up the necessary procedures to refer the final accounts of the states' general budgets of 2019 and 2020 to the Parliament to be discussed and get constitutional procedures accomplished to be ratified.

The Cabinet has approved the contract about establishing the seaport of Qashn in Almahrah governorate which designed to be dedicated to the mining activities.

The Cabinet also has approved the bill put forward by the Ministry of Finance about issuing the bills of the debts during the years from 2016 through 2022.

The Council of Ministers has endorsed a memorandum of understanding for collaboration between the Republic of Yemen and the United Arab Emirates about establishing joint investment project in the domain of telecommunications.

The Ministry of Telecoms and Information Technology authorized to get necessary procedures done to word the project legal and technical agreements.

The Council of Ministers has ratified a draft bill of republican decree about Yemen joining the membership of the international alliance for solar energy.
