Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Muhammad Al-Daari, appreciated the efforts and support of the brothers in the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the Yemeni people and their armed forces.
The Minister of Defense confirmed, during his reception, today, in the interim capital, Aden, the new commander of the coalition forces in Aden, Brigadier General Hussein Al-Harbi, that the Yemeni people will not forget the brothers in the leadership of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy and their historical stand by Yemen and its people in various stages and circumstances.
During the meeting, Lieutenant General Al-Daari reviewed, in the presence of the Commander of the Support Forces inside Yemen, Major General Sultan Al-Baqami, the nature of the military situation, in light of the terrorist escalation of the Iranian-backed Houthi militia and its repeated targeting of national installations and international shipping lines, and its refusal to yield to peace.. stressing the importance of exerting more efforts and coordination to face the challenges ahead, to ensure that terrorist attacks are deterred and dealt with with full strength and firmness.
