Defense Minister, his Sudanese counterpart discuss collaboration

Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohssen Ada'iri held official talks today, Sunday, in Khartoum with his Sudanese counterpart (Lt Gen) Yassin Ibrahim.

They discussed aspects of bilateral military cooperation between the two countries.

General Ada'iri expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to the Republic of Sudan for its support for Yemen, highly praising the significant contribution of the Sudanese troops role within the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in support of legality in Yemen against Iran-backed Houthi militia's coup.

He said " Yemeni peoples will never forget the huge sacrifices made by the Sudanese troops while fighting alongside the Yemeni military against Iran-allied Houthi militiamen".

He also highly appreciated the Sudanese military cooperation and support in the field of training, offering the Yemeni military personnel a chance for training in the Sudanese Military Academic Colleges and institutions.
