The European Union (EU) strongly condemned the attack by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ship (MINERVAGRACHT), which flies the Dutch flag in the Gulf of Aden.

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, let today, Thursday, the temporary capital Aden, heading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to contribute to Arab-Chinese Summit which will start its sessions tomorrow, Friday, in Riyadh.
His Excellency will contribute to the Summit sessions and deliver speech in which he will touch upon the developments in Yemen including Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias' attacks on oil facilities and the repercussions of these attacks upon the economic and humanitarian situations.
The President is also set to hold discussions with the leaders who will participate in the Summit with aim of mobilizing regional and international support to press for peace in our country.
