Cabinet Reviews Current Developments, Enhance State Institutions Readiness
The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani held a meeting on Sunday to review the latest developments following the Iranian violations of Yemen's sovereignty and the measures taken to manage the current phase across its political, military, security, diplomatic, economic, and media dimensions, in coordination with the Presidential Leadership Council.

Al-Sharjabi discusses with Omani environmental officials implementing projects in Yemen

SHARM EL-SHEIKH- SABA
Minister of Water and Environment Tawfeeq al-Sharjabi discussed Wednesday with Chairman of Environment Authority in Oman Abdullah al-Omeri coordination and cooperation to implement joint environmental projects between the two countries with Green Climate Fund.

In the meeting held on the sidelines of the Climate Conference COP27 here, Minister al-Sharjabi confirmed significance of coordination between environmental authorities of the two countries to face environmental challenges and natural disasters in addition to protecting environmental species and adopting joint projects to increase abilities of border areas to adapt with climate changes and storm early warning.

The meeting tackled environmental threats posed by Safir Oil Tanker off Hodeida Coasts in the Red Sea.

For his part, the Omani official confirmed significant of environmental coordination between the two countries and exchanging information to alleviate impacts of tropical storms in Arab Sea's areas.

He pointed out to keenness of Oman in Yemeni experiment in combating Indian raven in Socotra Island, uttering readiness of the Sultanate to share its expertise with Yemen in protecting turtles and protecting species threatened of cessation of being.
