The Republic of Yemen welcomed the peace agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates issued a press release expressed the Yemeni government's congratulations to the Ethiopian government on the fruitful outcomes of the negotiations conducted in South Africa that will put an end of the conflicts in the Tigary province, ensure respect of the Ethiopian constitutional system in the provinces, enhance the national interests of the Ethiopian peoples.
The Foreign Ministry wished the Ethiopian government and peoples more development and prosperity, further bolstering bilateral relations between Yemen and Ethiopia.
