Defense Minister Lieutenant-General Mohsen Al-Daeri discussed with the Governor of Al-Jawf Governorate in the temporary capital Aden today Major General Hussein Al-Aji Al-Awadi, and the Commander of the Al-Jawf Axis, Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Ashwal, a number of issues and the field situation on the fighting fronts in the governorate.
The Minister of Defense congratulated the governor of Al-Jawf and the commander of the axis for gaining the confidence of the Presidential leaders Council, noting the strategic importance of Al-Jawf Governorate and the expected role for them to complete the restoration of the governorate from the terrorist Houthi militia backed by the Iranian regime.
The meeting, in the presence of the Director of the Office of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Saleh al-Maqaleh, also discussed coordinating efforts between the local authority and the armed forces represented by the leadership of the axis and all the various units on the fronts of the province to confront the arm of the Iranian project and defeat it and restore state institutions to the complete liberation of the national territory.
For their part, the Governor of Al-Jawf and the commander of the axis expressed their gratitude to the Minister of Defense and his interest in Al-Jawf Governorate and its various fronts, stressing work with all the people of the governorate and members of the military units in it to complete its liberation from the Houthi militia.
