Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Bahebeh met here today, Thursday, with Health Minister meets with Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Anayansi Camejo.

They discussed bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in health sector.

Dr. Bahebeh briefed Camejo on the latest developments in Yemen, citing the government's efforts to extend the UN-brokered humanitarian truce, blaming Houthi militias for blocking the UN-led efforts to renew the truce.

The Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister affirmed Cuba's supportive stance in support of Yemen, its security and the government's efforts to stop fighting, make peace.
