His Excellency (HE) President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (OLC) met today, Saturday, with the Advisory Board to discuss recent developments in the governorates of Hadhramaut and al Mahra and the Saudi-Emirati ongoing mediation to protect civilians and facilitate the withdrawal of armed elements affiliated with the South Transitional Council (STC) from the two governorates.

President al-Alimi receives an invitation from Algerian President to join Arab Summit

RIYADH - SABA
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-ALimi, Chairman of the Presidential Council, received today, Thursday, Algerian Minister of Telecommunication Mohammed Bo Sulaimani who handed His Excellency an invitation from His Excellency President Abdulmajeed Tanbon of Algerian Republic to contribute to Arab Summit scheduled for next Month.

President al-ALimi praised the underway efforts have been made by Algerian leadership, government and peoples to host the 31st Arab Summit that is urgently needed to help Arab nation to manage all challenges.

The President confirmed Yemen's full support of the Algerian leading efforts to defend Arab nation's interests and promote Arab collective action, wishing Algerian Summit to be a turning point in this regard.

Al-Alimi also hailed Yemeni-Algerian relations as historic and promising to be bolstered in different fields.
