ALMUKALLA-SABA
A project worth one million euro is launched today, Sunday, in al-Mukalla of Hadramout governorate aims to sustain fishery businesses in Yemen.
The project is funded by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, carried out by the French Agency for International Technical Cooperation.
The initiative is intended to support fifty fishermen with fishing production assets and equipment, training courses and improving fishing industry infrastructure.
the French Ambassador to Yemen Jean-Marie SAFA stated that this project is the first one from several more is set to come in future.
