President Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) sent a cable of congratulation to His Excellency President William Ruto on his victory in the presidential elections in the friendly republic of Kenya.

He expressed his own and on behalf of the PLC members and the Yemeni peoples heartfelt congratulations to President Ruto, wishing him best wishes and the friendly Kenyan people more progress and prosperity.

Al-Alimi voiced his deep appreciation for the supportive stances of the Republic of Kenya with the Yemeni people and legitimate government.
