His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty King Charles III on the occasion of his accession to the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his behalf, the members of the Council and the Yemeni people, expressed his sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Charles, wishing him success, and the government and people of the friendly United Kingdom further prosperity.

In his telegram, the President renewed his praise for the firm British stances on the side of the Yemeni people, their leadership, and their aspirations to end the Houthi militia coup and achieve peace and stability in the country.

He also expressed his confidence that the distinguished Yemeni-British relations would witness further development and growth in various fields.
