Al-Uqaili: Floods swept landmines planted by Houthi militia into different areas

The Director of Anti-Landmines National Program General Lieutenant Amin al-Uqaili has said Houthi militia continues planting landmines despite UN Truce.
He made it clear that floods have helped increasing areas of landmines through sweeping them into new areas, making difficulties to find them or defining their areas, calling citizens to be careful and notify the program on finding any strange body.
He confirmed that the militia is still manufacturing landmines locally and imports others from Iran through smuggling roads, calling for international pressure against the militia to stop planting landmines.
