His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, arrived today, Saturday, the Saudi capital, Riyadh, from the United Arab Emirates on a private visit that will last for several days.
On the sidelines of his private visit, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council will hold bilateral meetings to discuss the deep-rooted historical relations between the two brotherly countries, areas of joint cooperation, and efforts to establish peace and stability in Yemen.
In this context, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council will also discuss developments on the fast track to absorb Saudi funds in various fields, including interventions to support the council's reforms in the service and development sectors.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council praised the honorable brotherly stances of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, along with the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed, in his name and the members of the Council, great gratitude for the active role led by the Kingdom in the coalition to support authority, in order to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people, achieve their looking forward to restore state institutions, and end the coup of the Houthi militia Iranian regime.
