Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ahmad Awadh BinMubarak received Monday here Executive Director of Partnership and Advocacy Unit at the World Food Program and the accompanied German donor delegation.
During the meeting, means of facilitating the program's activities and cooperation aspects for increasing humanitarian operations were discussed.
BinMubark praised efforts exerted by the program in alleviating intensity of humanitarian suffering in Yemen, confirming keenness of the government on realizing joint aims with the program in hope for increasing numbers of beneficiaries.
For her part, the UN official pointed out that the aim of the visit was to study humanitarian situation in Yemen closely in addition to communication with field partners, which help in increasing humanitarian programs and operations.
