Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik chaired a meeting today in the temporary capital Aden devoted to discuss the economic, financial and monetary situations.
The session included Finance Minister Salim Bin Bureik and Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) Ahmed Ghalib.
The discussions focused on the economic and administrative reforms, the coordinated financial and monetary policy and national currency exchanges.
The arrangements to accelerate action-plans to receive financial support from the Arab Monetary Fund to sustain the CBY and from Saudi Arabia were also touched upon.
