The Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries Salem Al-Saqari discussed today, in the temporary capital, Aden, with the head of the ICRC the expansion of mission's areas of joint work in the humanitarian field.
Al-Saqari praised the humanitarian assistance provided by the Red Cross in all fields and the aspects of joint cooperation between his ministry and the Red Cross, the efforts it provides through humanitarian aid to the needy. He pointed out the importance of establishing a joint mechanism in determining the quality of programs and projects according to basic needs, especially with regard to sustainable projects in the agricultural field.
